What is Included in the Home Spec Report?

A general inspection of all visible and accessible components including but not limited to:

Energy efficiency and moisture analysis. Condition of wall coverings, etc.
Roof
Related vents, flashings, etc.
Overhang & Gutters
Proper drainage, etc.
Air Conditioning
Freon lines, electrical, etc.
Heating
Air handler, duct work, drain lines, etc.
Electrical System
Panel, outlets, switches, etc.
Plumbing
Water lines, fixtures, faucets, etc.
Water Heater
Vents, water lines, valves, etc.
Interior
Walls, ceilings, windows, floors, etc.
Attic
Insulation and ventilation.
Kitchen
Cabinetry, appliances, etc.

Literally hundreds of items are examined. An analysis is then prepared from our findings and presented to you in a booklet or e-mail report. Repair and maintenance suggestions are provided upon request.
